| The Framingham Police Department Licensing Bureau, also falls under the Administrative Services Division. Through the Bureau, residents of Framingham can apply for a wide range of licenses that the Framingham Police Department issues. Applications for these licenses may be obtained at the Records Bureau. In addition the Licensing Bureau also works with the town in overseeing licenses for establishments to serve alcohol and overseeing mv tow procedures by private contractors. The Licensing Bureau also oversees tow services that operate in Framingham. All persons that have a motor vehicle towed are asked to fill out a Tow Company Satisfaction Survey. The hours to obtain fingerprints as well as the issuance of License to Carry, FID cards, Hackney Licenses and Liquor Server IDs are
9:00 AM to Noon and 1 PM to 3 PM
